FLATOUT is a timed fitness event: 8 workout zones with a 500m run after each one, including the 8th. 4KM of running in total. Open to regular gym goers and first timers alike.

No. FLATOUT is designed for all, from regular gym goers to first timers.

One Doubles ticket covers the two team members. One Relay ticket covers the four team members. You can buy multiple tickets in one transaction if you’re competing in two divisions (e.g. Solo and Doubles) or purchasing for yourself and another person.

Yes, you'll just need to pay the difference.

Event-day Logistics

We recommend arriving 45–60 minutes before your wave time to check in, warm up and settle into your area.

Most venues include on-site or nearby parking. Full details are provided in your event pack.

Yes. Spectators are welcome at all FLATOUT events unless a venue has specific restrictions (noted in the event pack).

Payment & Registration

We accept all major debit and credit cards, and secure online payments during registration.

Yes. Once payment is completed, your place is secured and you'll receive a confirmation email with your entry details.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your entry to another person up to a set deadline. Event-specific deadlines are shown during registration. Refunds are not available unless the event is cancelled.

NextGen Questions

NextGen is designed for young athletes aged 8–15 years.

The structure follows the FLATOUT race format, but distances and workloads are scaled appropriately for younger participants to create an age-appropriate challenge.

Some movements may be adjusted or modified to suit younger athletes while maintaining the structure and energy of the FLATOUT experience.

No. NextGen is designed to support a wide range of fitness levels, from first-time participants to young athletes already involved in sports and training.

Event scheduling and format details will vary depending on the venue and event structure.

Comfortable athletic clothing, trainers, water, and the mindset to take on the challenge. Additional race-day guidance will be provided before the event.

Sidekicks Questions

Sidekicks is designed for one adult and one junior to race together: parents and children, guardians and juniors, family members, or adult mentors paired with young athletes.

Junior participants in Sidekicks should be aged between 8 and 15 years.

No. Selected zones use adapted distances for juniors so teams can move through the course together while maintaining an age-appropriate challenge level.

Not at all. Sidekicks is open to all fitness levels, from first-timers to seasoned runners. No elite fitness level is required to participate.

Yes. Sidekicks teams start and finish together, supporting each other through every zone of the course.
